Hello from Kearsley in the Hunter Valley. Abit wet outside as it has been raining. We have had plenty of rain overnight and the grass is really green. The ground is quite soft. The other day we had a mobile mechanic come and service my partner' four wheel drive. His offsider backed their van onto the wet grass and got stuck!

Had to use the four wheel drive to get the van out. We now have a nice large hole in the ground where the van's back bumper bar dug into the grass.

Knitting.

Been knitting a scarf. Pink is the colour as I love pink. Knitting is a good way to unwind at the end of the day.

Yes it is spring here in Australia. All the birds are starting to nest. I am getting regular visits from a young Butcherbird. Here is a photo of said bird sunbathing at my back door.
